What services does Social Content Made Simple offer?
Social Content Made Simple provides social media management, content creation, website design and website content support for small businesses.
Services can include Facebook and Instagram management, branded graphics, captions, content calendars, promotional content, website design, website updates,
page edits, digital flyers, event materials and other custom content.
Services can be customized based on what your business actually needs.

Do I have to sign up for a monthly package?
No.
Monthly packages are available for businesses that want consistent ongoing support, but not every business needs the same level of service.
You can choose ongoing social media management, website support, a combination of both, or discuss a custom project.

Do I need to provide all of the content?
No — that's where I come in.
You provide the business knowledge, information, photos and ideas you want included, and I'll help turn them into professional content.
I'll also help come up with content ideas so you're not constantly thinking:
"What am I supposed to post this week?"

Will the social media content sound like my business?
Absolutely.
Your social media should sound like you, not like a generic marketing company.
I'll take the time to understand your business, your customers, your personality and your goals so the content feels authentic to your brand.

What social media platforms do you manage?
Social Content Made Simple primarily focuses on Facebook and Instagram, with additional platforms such as LinkedIn available depending on your package and business needs.
The goal isn't to be everywhere.
The goal is to focus on the platforms that make sense for your business and your customers.

Do you design websites?
Yes.
Social Content Made Simple offers Wix website design and website content support for small businesses.
This can include creating a new website, refreshing an existing website, updating pages, changing images and text, adding services, improving calls-to-action and keeping your website current.
Important: I am not a web developer. Complex coding, custom programming, major technical troubleshooting and advanced website development are outside my scope.

How much input will I have?
As much or as little as you want.
Some business owners want to be involved in every post. Others want to hand over the majority of the content and simply review it before it goes live.
We'll establish a simple approval process that works for you.
You remain in control of your brand.

How do I get started?
It starts with a conversation.
We'll talk about your business, what you're currently doing online, what isn't working, and what you'd like to take off your plate.
From there, I'll recommend services or a package based on what you actually need — not what I can sell you.

In fact, new and growing businesses are a big part of who I want to work with.
Starting a business is already a lot of work. You shouldn't have to figure out your website, social media, branding and content completely on your own.
